Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Mail:
Free Shipping: Orders are shipped via First Class Mail (Uninsured) with tracking (see tracking details below).
Expedited/Insured shipping methods are available at an additional charge and available during checkout.
Insured Option: USPS Priority mail shipping - This is the ONLY option that tracks (see tracking details below) and insures your package plus guarantees the package to be delivered in the shortest amount of time under USPS priority mail guidelines.
Turn Around Time (TAT):
All orders are typically processed & shipped within 24-48 business hours, on our end, from the time the order was received. Orders placed after 5pm are shipped approximately 48 hours after received and orders placed over the weekend are shipped out on Monday and Tuesday, dependent on what day the order was placed and if the payment has settled through our payment processor. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Questions or Changes to order:
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Any required changes can be made within 6 hours of the time an order has been placed by contacting Beauty@AprilStark.com. Once an order has been process and shipped, no changes can be made to an order.
International shipping:
All international orders including US Territories may require additional shipping to ensure proper delivery. If this matter affects you an email will be sent to the ordering email address you used.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery shipping cost. We will not be responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect shipping information. Please double check your address prior to placing an order. If your address is incorrect re-shipping fees may apply.
Package not received:
Once a package is shipped we have fulfilled our obligations and at that time we are released of all liabilities. At this time, It becomes an issue for the customer and the U.S. postal service. In order for an order that is not received to be replaced, the customer MUST have purchased Priority Shipping (Insures package) or Signature Confirmation at checkout.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information within 24 hours. If you encounter an issue with the tracking information of your order, you must contact your local post office for assistance.
